James Farnum, MBA
President
James’ overall responsibility of the business is to lead and provide strategic direction.
He has extensive experience in finance, business development, account management, sales, marketing and training.
Jim received his B.B.A. in Accounting and Computers from Pace University and his M.B.A. in Marketing Management from St. John's University in New York City, NY.
Lolita Melhado, PhD, APRN, FNP-BC, ACHPN
Vice President Clinical Programs
Lolita will work collaboratively with key stakeholders to develop clinical programs in advance care planning.
Dr. Melhado has extensive expertise in acute care and community based Palliative Care startups, education, training, and program and curriculum design.
She earned a Masters in Nursing from Florida Gulf Coast University and PhD in nursing research from University of Central Florida. She is board certified in both Family Nurse Practice and Advanced Hospice and Palliative Nursing.
Laura Farnum, MD
Chief Medical Officer
Laura oversees clinical operations to ensure delivery of high quality services through evidenced based practices.
She has extensive experience in health care management, internal medicine and geriatric clinical practice, developing and implementing clinical standard protocols
Dr. Farnum earned her undergraduate degree in biology from Cornell University; medical degree from Temple University Medical School. She completed her internal medicine residency training at the Washington Hospital Center and is board certified in internal medicine and geriatrics.
James Brooks, BS
Director of Sales
James has over 30 years of experience in building and leading sales teams, coaching and development, and achieving results. He also touts launching one of Roche Laboratories most successful products in history as a career accolade.
James earned his undergraduate degree in Economics from Florida State University and completed a number of Executive Education Programs at Dartmouth, NYU, Rice University, Northwestern and more.
Michael Green, PhD
Health Economics Director
Dr. Greene is an esteemed professor with expertise in labor economics, economic ethics and health economics.
He earned two doctorate degrees, one in Economics and one in Religious Ethics at the University of New Hampshire and Southern Methodist University, respectively.
